"Even if he was 100 percent better, he has a lot of other issues he has to deal with, I think, before taking on any relationship" says Khloe Kardashian about her ex partner Lamar Odom.
According to her "He's doing better everyday, for sure, which is a blessing, but it's going to be a long road and he has to walk that road. It's going to be a long time."
Odom, 36, was found unconscious in Nevada on Oct. 13 following a drug overdose. He was in a coma for four days, with Kardashian by his side throughout. During his health crisis, Kardashian's attorney successfully asked a Los Angeles judge to dismiss the pair's divorce filing. However, the Keeping up with the Kardashians star exclusively told PEOPLE that though she has been steadfast in her support for Odom, that doesn't mean the two are back together.

"I wish people understood that's not in our thought process right now," the star said. "There are too many other important things, too many medical things. It's not even in our brains thinking about us as a couple or having a relationship right now."
The 31-year-old, who is dating Houston Rockets player James Harden, told NBC News at the book signing that Odom knows she and Harden are still an item. Kardashian and Odom tied the knot on national TV in 2009 and filed for divorce in 2013. The two both signed the divorce papers in July, but due to a delayed court judgement, they remained legally married when he was found unresponsive.
